 Dear Louis, a.k.a. The SpinnerMan

  On behalf of the Marpole and Kerrisdale Branch Libraries I would like to extend my thanks to you for sharing your knowledge and extensive collection of holograms with our Summer Reading Club.  For many it was the first time they had seen holograms or watched rainbow lightships dance or marvelled how flat images could appear so real – and you gave them a chance to touch and play with the holograms!  This hands-on opportunity really sparked their imagination and being able to experiment with solar power energy and spinning holograms was a huge hit.

I think that the audience would agree playing with holograms is the most fun they have had with a flashlight in the dark, except for reading a favourite book under the covers, of course.
